quantum communication
Mutibah Alanazi
Visiting Researcher,
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Integrated Photonics technology
quantum communication
Mutibah’s research focuses on quantum optics, optoelectronics, and nanophononics, with an emphasis on developing scalable quantum optical technologies. During her PhD at the University of Oxford, she explored quantum coherent emission, polariton condensation, and photon bunching in low-dimensional systems. She has extensive expertise in advanced laser systems, cryogenic techniques, microcavity systems, and material modeling, contributing to several notable publications in the field of condensed matter physics. Research interests Mutibah's research focuses on developing cavity-coupled spin

Ibtihal received her bachelor's degree in 2024 in physics from Taibah university with a GPA of 4.93 / 5 , she is currently working towards a master’s degree under the supervision of Prof. Yating Wan at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Research interests Ibtihal’s research interests are in the application of integrated photonics for optical and quantum communications. Education profile B.Sc. : Taibah university 2020 - 2024
Polina Morozova
Visiting Student,
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Integrated Photonics technology
quantum communication
Polina received her bachelor's degree in Photonics and Optoinformatics from ITMO University with honours degree and is currently working towards a master’s degree in Applied Photonics at ITMO University. In her first grade as a graduate student, Polina studied abroad in South Korea for the spring semester. Polina is experienced in working on attacks on quantum key distribution systems, and electrodynamics traps, having worked on several projects in the field. She used to be involved in the design of a 3D model for quantum communication education stand circuits. Polina joined the Photonics
